Diet Soda – What a Waste – I Knew It!!

I have never liked diet soda and have always vowed to never drink it.  Why drink what tastes terrible and ruin your taste buds for what really tastes good?  If you’re going to drink a soda – drink the real thing!!  Read the study.

    I agree 100%. I have always said that diet soda is of the devil! I will just stick with my COKE thank you very much!

    Your plan to drink regular doesn’t work for those of us with blood sugar problems. So I suppose I will stick to diet so I don’t have to go on medications to counter all that excess sugar. I have to save my sugar allowance for a chocolate chip cookie once in a while. Besides, who needs all those empty calories anyway? Studies do show that diet is better for those who need to lose weight, that is if they are going to drink sodas at all. Water or decaf iced tea is a better idea. Of course I like to sweeten my iced tea with splenda so I guess that isn’t any better than soda is it? Hmm..
