That's you and me both on the Spurs. Although if I had my druthers it would have been the Pistons but Cleveland put an end to that story.

Still, the Spurs are my team in the Western Conference. Good to see them pick up another championship and make it look relatively easy in the bargain.

Jennifer, lol - one look at American Roman Catholicism compared to the official position leaves one with more dissention and debate that what we will have done on the two days we've met. But there are far more and better reasons why I am still very thrilled with being a Baptist!

Anyhoo, San Antonio is a great city. The Alamo, River Walk, etc. Crazy to navigate the freeways - but that will be another post.

Actually, I'll be headed to Austin tomorrow afternoon and evening to visit with Kevin Banks. He's an Army chaplain stationed in Kileen. Good to hear from you.

That's great that you're in San Antonio! Our speech convention will be there in October this year. Sounds like a busy time for you. Just reading your post makes me glad that I'm Catholic! No offense or anything, but all the dissention, debating, and voting etc. is on of those things that made me question what faith I had. I do hope you have an enjoyable time and I hope you get to enjoy some sightseeing as well. If I were there, I'd be going to Fiesta Texas and riding some coasters!
